I lead the Echoing Green Portfolio team, where we work to support a global community of social entrepreneurs.At Echoing Green, we connect and fund emerging social entrepreneurs and invest deeply in the growth of their ideas and leadership. Over 30 years, we've built a broad, dynamic ecosystem to support these leaders as they solve the world’s biggest problems.

I lead Direct Impact, an experiential board leadership program which prepares exceptional young business leaders for high-impact nonprofit board service. •Lead execution of five-year growth plan by developing and implementing new policies and practices, leading collaboration between appropriate stakeholders, and analyzing key metrics. •Develop organizational evaluation process and build comprehensive database to streamline reporting. •Serve as Director of Metrics and Reporting on the National Executive Committee, managing and analyzing metrics for ten local chapters and national entity.•Manage NYC chapter finances and budgeting process, including day-to-day financial operations, assistance to external audit team, and maintenance of organizational budget.•Manage annual Soirée event, the largest fundraiser for the NYC chapter, budgeted to raise $260,000.•Oversee PR & Marketing and Social Media at the NYC chapter; manage production of the annual report, National and NYC websites, NYC external newsletter and material for all social media outlets.•Manage Alumni Program; develop two-year plan to improve the Alumni Program, both internally and through strategic partnerships.
