  Oversee the various student recruitment activities in one of the identified key regions for the capilano University, producing annual market plans, regularly reviewing activities, results and strategies under the guidance of the Director of International Recruitment & Admissions.  Organize and attend a range of overseas student recruitment events including exhibitions, school visits, sponsor meetings and working with agent representatives.  Interview student applicants and make instant, on-the-spot admissions decisions in order to recruit and be competitive with other Canadian institutions, feeding back to the Admissions Team in a timely manner.  Follow through on enquiries from education events in Canada and overseas to provide continuous communication from prospective students and their representatives.  Draw up regular reports and reviews of marketing activities and strategy for analysis by the Director of International Marketing & Admissions.  Assist the Director of International Recruitment & Admissions and oversee the process of new market selection within his/her specific region.  Identify, nurture and manage new contacts for the university within his/her region.
