Key accomplishments include:• Labor and Employment – Provide advice and counsel regarding legal developments and application of law and policy to specific labor and employment issues; negotiate labor contract for partially unionized property; design and implement innovating training programs. • Litigation Management – Design litigation avoidance programs and oversee claims and risk management; manage all litigation, including labor and employment, intellectual property, torts, and ADA claims; manage relationship with insurance broker and hospitality insurance consortium.• Contracts – Negotiate and draft leases, easements, and wide variety of licensing, special event, brand partnership, contractor, and sales agreements. • Event Management – Hands-on management of contracts, compliance matters, vendor safety programs, and security initiatives for variety of world-class special events.
