I had the pleasure of working with Mike for several years at IPC. When we first met, he was working as an SRE supporting a 24/7 payments platform and he truly excelled at that position. His extensive knowledge and experience made him a go-to resource for any questions or issues that arose with the platform. He went beyond just knowing the general infrastructure, and took an interest in learning the specifics of a higly proprietary system, which made him an incredibly valuable member of the organization. Operationally, Mike was an ideal partner. Very dedicated, he was always willing to help (at all hours of the day or night). He kept a level head at all times, calm under pressure, even under the most stressful of incidents. Mike has rescued me from more situations than I care to admit! As his career progressed, Mike took on increasing levels of responsibility and always adapted and excelled at each. He maintained his great attitude, persistent helpfulness, and incredible customer focus, even while navigating some very difficult business situations. Mike took a lot of arrows for his team, and made a potentially miserable professional situation much more bearable. I would not hestitate for one second to work again with Mike in any capacity. He would be an asset to any organization lucky enough to have him!
