Dave is an extraordinary leader. He's usually the smartest person in the room but never leaves anyone feeling that way. He cares deeply about the success of the team and is an excellent coach and mentor. I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to work for him. Any organization that has the opportunity to bring Dave on board is definitely poised for success.

Ani Worlikar

Dave is the epitome of cross-functional collaborator and leader to drive the business. I have worked with Dave for a number of years and have seen first hand how he can drive the organizational alignment, resolve key differences and then execute on the initiative. For example - most recently, we had to figure out how to improve margin on a rapidly growing product line. This was a complex initiative involving product development, sales, marketing and partners. He worked with the key stakeholders to arrive at a common set of recommendations to present to the CEO. Key to Dave's success as a Product Leader is this combination of collaboration and understanding the perspectives of different stakeholders and then leading the change to drive the business results.
