  As production engineer the job will be as pe below:1) conducted studies regarding the process existed will all the parameters include temperature of wet tank, flowrate, level and the all parameters related.2) Responsible the respective production line that been designated by superior that include to take care with gloves qualities, equipment efficiency, problem happen in line, chemical troubleshooting, arranged line operators and etc3)Prepared for monthly downline planning for all production line that includes to arrange and follow up with Maintenance team, Former team, Robotic team and Housekeeping team when conducting downline for every months. Well teamwork and communication strive to smooth workflow.4) Conducting improvements project to enhance the production line efficiency including automation airlock systems to relese air trap inside coagulant pump, redesigned coagulant pump piping system, Coagulant oven ducting diffuser, cover duction at Main oven for better curing, study on the effectiveness on using RO water4) Prepared for uptime and downtime declaration for HQ declaration.5) Monitored the gloves qualities and make troubleshooting and adjustments when needed.6) Inspected the production line all process parameters including acid tank, Alkaline tank, Coagulant tank, latex tank and all oven and leching tank in with in standard for better process
