Helen and I worked closely at Pickwick on a HRIS/HCM implementation project. She is one of the most engaging and easy to work with HR leaders that I have worked across many organisations. She had a very systematic while still being incredibly people centric approach to designing and implementing the processes, tools and systems that were needed to drive the businesses processes forwards to aid in the next stage of growth.
