Social enterprise in Sheffield that works as part of Just Works and initiative from the Cathedral Archers Project. Working with vulnerable people and homeless in Sheffield for over 30 years. PrintedByUs provide skills and work experience to these people in screen-printing, business administration, marketing, order-fulfilment and customer service. My role included providing practical and emotional support and information to Just Works Partner participants, developed and use social media to promote Just Works, attend and organise workshops and events related to PrintedByUs. I developed and implemented an online strategy to increase the customers and participants in the social enterprise.

In partnership with the University of Sheffield and the University of Sangmyung, 15 Korean students came to Sheffield to learn about Business. My duties included conducting lecturers on the basics of entrepreneurship (special focus on social enterprises) and mentoring the students on the business model canva. Worked as a Mentor for Korean students at the Global Entrepreneurship Programme 2018.
