In 2014 I was promoted to lead the turnaround of the School of Media Studies, holding full P&L responsibility of the school that had experienced difficulties. I designed multiple programs that led to doubled enrollments over my tenure as Dean, developing strategy and overseeing academic programs for 650+ students delivered by 120 academic and administrative staff with budget of 10+ million NIS. I initially designed a five-year strategic plan that included details of improvements for staffing, program development, teaching methods, revenue sources, and strategies to grow admissions. I then drove design and implementation of a new school-wide curriculum, built a new Media Studies MA program, and overhauled and restructured academic staff. Other programs included launch of workshops with media and ad agencies to connect student body and staff with industry professionals, and expansion of the school's relationships with area high schools to increase awareness and program interest. The results of these efforts included doubling of new student annual enrollment from 110 to 220 and satisfaction ratings from both department staff and students reaching the top positions at Collman.
