CSR Supervisor
-
Oct 2009 - Aug 2015
I began working at the branch as a Client Service Representative. As a CSR, I had basic teller duties, including helping customers with daily transactions, counting large sums of money and following policies and procedures. During my time as CSR, I was given the award of CSR of the Month for December 2011. I was later promoted to a Client Service Associate where I was trained in opening accounts, CDs, IRAs, and consumer lending. Shortly after, I was promoted to the role of Client Service Representative Supervisor, where in addition to my account and lending duties, I took over supervision of the teller line and branch operations. I supervised for just under two years at the branch.
