Ensure that standards and targets are met and managed in a timely manner and provide efficient support if required. Planning and booking travel arrangements, for Integra with regards to costs, efficiency of time utilisation, client requirements and inspector safety by completing all risk assessments ahead of travel. Liase with clients, customers, clients and the office to ensure that all expectations are managed. Ensure that all reports and certificates are issued within the agreed timescales, ensuring that all KPI’s are monitored and met. Ensure that all invoices are prepared in accordance with scheduled jobs conducted to meet financial deadlines, maintaining the strict confidence, sensitivity and data related to the schemes.       started working at NSF International in October 2014 as an Administrator for Integra Food Secure, over the past 3 years I had developed from an administrator to a Planning Coordinator. My duties during these roles included managing diaries for a small team of inspectors who inspect farms for animal welfare. Building client relationships, arranging inspections from start to finish, arranging travel for the inspectors for short haul travel and long haul trips, answering phones for a variety of enquires and general paperwork. I have invoicing responsibilities; this includes sorting all inspectors’ costs and distributing the costs between clients. I also have full ownership of the feed scheme. Feed mill inspections are carried out of the animal feed on farms, I receipt reports, proof read reports and corrective action and send a quarterly report. During my time as a planning Coordinator I was given more planning responsibilities. This included full diary management of our inspectors, cross referencing the bio security matrix, emailing and arranging audits with clients and finalising all details with the inspector and client. During my role we transitioned through a IT lean project/ transition where I was actively involved.
