Build a team of Faculty and Consultants to provide education, training, and technical assistance to healthcare providers and care teams. Manage fiscal aspects of project to assure adherence to budget and work plan deliverables. Work with Historically Black College and Universities in the Atlanta-Metro area to implement routine HIV testing in student/employee health centers. Address system issues that impact care, treatment, and supportive services through participation in local and statewide planning bodies. Develop programs to impact the HIV Care Continuum across the state, including telehealth sessions, cultural awareness activities, medical casement trainings, and healthcare provider symposiums. Develops and/or updates process materials for coordinators including those for chart reviews and other events. Serves as the Project Director for F/C AETC Project ECHO by facilitating the creation of process/procedure manuals, directing LPS Coordinators to identify potential sites/clinicians/clinic staff to participate, and coordinating the scheduling of ongoing/routine sessions throughout Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Directs the creation of and revisions to medical case management modules for use on E-Learn site. Identifies faculty to create modules, as needed. Facilitates module creation, production, and introduction to E-Learn site. Conducts regional trainings as requested and appropriate, including live demonstration of E-Learn site. Directs the Operation HOPEFUL project to include reviewing/revising current sets, expanding topic selection and cards within each section, disseminating information regarding the project to Regional Coordinators, and directing the evaluation of the project in coordination with the Data Management and Evaluation Team.
