I had the privilege of working with Sarah at Simpleview, where she reported directly to me as an Account Coordinator. When interviewing potential candidates for the Account Coordinator position, Sarah immediately stood out in a positive manner. From a clean and well organized resume, to her website as a portfolio - and then as someone who was easy to build a connection with during our interview, as well the fact that she demonstrated great preparation to understand our company for her interview. Hiring Sarah was the best decision our team could have made! Sarah, quickly began embracing her role as Account Coordinator - using the opportunity to connect with her peers in the same position to help quickly grow her knowledge, as well as not being afraid to ask questions to make sure she was comprehending her new role and work environment. As we spent time together reviewing through my Accounts, she wanted to take time to understand what makes every customer unique and special - this I soon learned was an inherent trait in Sarah, as she is one of the most caring and empathetic people I have met!
