Jen Holzer

Kate is a skilled and vibrant facilitator and community organizer who brings a highly cultivated perspective from her work in international development, academic background in political science, and her keen insights about people. In our group decision-making, Kate was often the one to help boil down the conversation to a few decision points to expedite the process. She is not afraid to tackle controversial subjects, but she does so with care. Kate is a breath of fresh air in any group, and I was lucky to have her as a colleague and confidant during a personally challenging and multi-faceted program abroad.

Kate is one of the smartest people I know. She's also one of the funniest. She has a real breadth of knowledge and an impressive skill set in organizing and public policy. Kate hired me to facilitate a workshop in Anti-Semitism and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for the JStreet Leadership conference for college students. It was a treat to work with Kate and to be part of the JStreet project.
