She embodies a positive attitude and expresses her views with assertive diplomacy. Particularly exceptional are her knowledge on labor laws and practices that prevail in India. She deployed this knowledge very effectively for structuring the HR practices during the spin off of Ingevity Specialty Chemicals from the former MeadWestvaco. Her calm and pleasant demeanor are likely to land her opportunities for leadership roles in future.
