  In 2012 when I arrived to Chile, I created my first Global Mobility company. Taking advantage of the situation that there were many international companies with operations throughout the continent, I fostered an alliance with small-independent and client-focused destination services companies in the 5 main countries of the region (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico), where we relied on mobility processes within the region and we acted as a group in international pitches to be competitive with the large international groups.
