Antonio and his leaders team at Re:Vision recently participated in Bridgespan’s Investing in Future Leaders program. During this time, Antonio acted as a Project Lead for Re:Vision. This is a critical role for the team - the Project Lead is the project manager, facilitator, and team champion. As program Coach for Investing in Future Leaders, I had the opportunity to connect regularly with Antonio over the course of several months. Antonio was an extremely active Project Lead, proactively seeking out solutions that would drive the team’s work forward, and reaching out to me and other Project Leads in the cohort to identify best practices that would benefit his team. He held a high bar for himself and his team (and the program!), and wasn’t satisfied unless bar was met or exceeded. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Antonio again in the future!

I had the pleasure of working with Antonio for a number of years at MoneyGram Intl, both as his supervisor and as a co-worker. He is efficient, intelligent, and above all dedicated. His willingness to step up to the plate and handle any task was impressive and inspiring.
