I work for the largest and most respected document management company. We are uniquely positioned to help companies lower overhead and increase efficiencies through our 360 degree assessment. My role as the Progressive Print Specialist was to work with Account Managers within ComDoc to drive this area of the business. This was and is a key focus area as this has proven to be a "problem" area within most organizations. On an annual basis companies will spend roughly 3% of their annual revenue on printing related expenses. Within that expense desktop printers such as HP, Dell, Lexmark, etc...tend to be the least managed both in cost of service/supply costs as well as internal time being spent within IT trying to support these devices. ComDoc has developed relationships with these organizations to provide a support model the provides an all inclusive program (to include all consumables, and service) that has created visibility and structure to this area of an organization. In doing so, we have been able to drive down both current annual expenses, and provide an ongoing strategy to avoid future capital investments to replace aging fleets. This program has grown year over year and has proven to be a great solution to your desktop printers.
