During the internship in the Molecular Biology Laboratory different techniques were carried out: - Forensic analysis to obtain the DNA sequence from residues, biological fluids (STRs markers) and mitochondrial DNA. - Characterizations of animal genetic profiles by PCR and electrophoresis to determine filiation, traceability of meat and scrapie in sheep. - Ruminant DNA detection in feed.
