When transitioning to a SaaS company, it was very hard to get in. Every company I applied to, rejected me due to my lack of experience in the field. Others saw what I was lacking, but he saw what I could bring. Kyle was supportive throughout the whole process, providing me with all the information I asked for, checking in on me before and after interviews and even once I officially started the role.
