Angela and I worked together as mentors for teenagers who have been challenged by their family situations, their school performance, and the often poor choices they have made in their lives. Angela's role in mentoring these students was to provide them with hope and purpose. She motivated students to take pride in themselves and to feel empowered to overcome their environments and rise to their potentials. Angela is an incredibly motivating person in all that she does. One of the reasons she is so good at motivating people is because she lives what she speaks. She is a fantastic role model for anybody, of any age. She would be an asset to any organization because she lifts people up and creates an atmosphere of positive attitude and motivation.

Since Angela joined FEI and became my manager, I have been fortunate to learn from her vast experiences. She has always been willing to share those experiences, which have helped me to grow as a professional. During my time working on the membership team, I was able to work with Angela directly on implementing several ideas and changes that have added value for the organization. Angela's management style allowed me to flourish by giving me the opportunity to be autonomous yet still knowing that I have her support whenever needed.
