      The B*There festival (old style) is set up especially for youth from 13 to 25 years old. It consists of a week full of workshops, club nights and concert evenings. I was involved with setting up the festival, maintaining their partnerships and making sure the logistics and facilities were in order. I also had the responsibility of recruiting and managing the volunteers for the festival and the planning of their schedule.
