Designed and executed framework using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java to run scenarios which asserted that business rules were met within the UI and connected databases. Produced new framework using KarateDSL to run integration scenarios against product’s restful API validating each method, schema, and boundaries of each method. Converted manual functional and regression tests to cucumber scenarios and developed glue code behind steps to automate tests for use based on its test cycle, build type, and priority. Created Test Plans, Suites, and Cases and approved Runs performed by offshore resources in order to maximize testing velocity, by identifying scope creep, reducing impediments, and targeting areas of risk. Administered Jira products used by the Product, and Development teams managing users, projects, and workflows to assist and train users to by sharing best practices, and improving proper usage. Attended several webinars and online courses to continue my learning of the Software Development Life Cycle and look at new tools available to stay on the cutting edge of technologies available to increase productivity. Tasked to build an internal web application that would specialize in running reports that covered 90 days of inventory history by department which improved their ability to staff and diagnose training opportunities. Created daily/weekly scripts to send emails to upper management with defect rate, success rate, and projections based on traffic. Worked with management to design features, approve website, and beta testing of site that was set up through an internal GitHub versioning control center while deploying to internal EC2 instance. Followed latest protocols to convert previous projects from PHP to Ruby on Rails with SSL certificates and to prevent plain text data from being transferred over network. Managed over 40 cases in a robust Relativity environment and processed over 40 terabytes worth of data. Trained and supported requests from litigation support specialists, attorneys, and partners to help our clients succeed in the review of their documents. Successfully performed penetration tests on our test and production environments to provide the utmost level of security to our business and our clients in order protect classified and confidential documents from near zero day attacks. Extensively worked in a Linux administered environment to modify, search, and create files needed for litigation support including .dat, .opt, and .dii load files, tiff conversion, OCR text recognition, .pdf creation, video editing, culling, production of documents and the forensic collection of evidence. Performed and helped create redundant backup plans, snapshots, as well as SQL maintenance to assure the integrity of our data, upholding our goal of 99% uptime to our clients. Worked through the night to single-handedly process over 300 gigabytes of data in Nuix while running reports, and providing daily status updates to the attorneys so they could fine tune their searches.
