Daniel and I met when he first was moved into the Business Continuity Department. At the time there really was no department and a small group of us were working together to try and accomplish the task. Daniel came in and quickly turned a loose group of individuals into a team who work closely together to take care of the emergencies facing our company. This group has now proven itself in several situations including hurricanes, floods, and extreme weather conditions. Each time the impact has been lessened by the leadership of this team. Daniel has worked tirelessly to bring this group together. His leadership and capabilities have been key to our success.
