Nancy is a very meticulous and detail oriented individual that did an extremely good job in setting up and developing Dana's research and development lab. Her tireless work and work at developing critical business contacts enabled us to set up a lab capable of researching new products on a very thin budget. She worked as part of a cohesive group that was very effective in analyzing products for proper fit within our organization.

Richard Peper - CISA

It was my pleasure to have worked with Nancy at Dana on several IT internal and SOX related audits. Nancy was instrumental on the remediation of a South America IBM-AIX Unix internal audit issue that was not resolved for several weeks. Once available, she was able to identify the problem, create a fix and was allowed to implement the change in a matter of hours. She was able to identify numerous firewall and remote access issues to light requiring IT Compliance attention and assistance in resolving. A very detailed-oriented Unix analyst and always wearing her IT security and compliance hat. Nancy was my ’go to’ Unix analyst, always willing to assist with SecurID token issues and truly a team player. What I appreciated most was her consistency; and candor, can-do attitude, dedication to task completion and professionalism. If she said she would take care of the task, I did not need to perform follow-up to ensure completion. Rich Peper, CISA Dana IT Compliance Officer for North America and Europe
