Ikaro was my coworker for about 2 years in Solví between 2018-2019 on Marketing/Communication Department. Ikaro showed to be a highly responsible professional, smart and wise, always engaging in the projects he was part of. He demonstrated a solid knowledge in communication, copywriting expertise, audiovisual editing and production skills, besides wide and diverse abilities on internal communication. He constantly contributed in projects of different departments in the company, which quickly led him to acquire space and reliability. His performance also drove him to be invited many times to participate in structural projects. I can say that Ikaro is a hard worker and used his interpersonal skills in his favor with a wide network due to his good energy and ideas. After all, I’ve met an excellent professional and made a good friend.
