      Mr. Newton practices primarily in the Atlanta area, a trusts, estates, and business lawyer, also serving as a director, member manager, and officer of various private business entities. He is co-founder of the Estate Planning & Probate Section (1996) of the Atlanta Bar Association, and served several years as an officer and member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Georgia Planned Giving Council and a founding member of WealthCounsel LLC. He is a member of the Fiduciary Law section of the State Bar of Georgia and serves in the State Bar Fee Dispute Arbitration program.
