  After 4 years in the Ilo branch, I returned to my wife´s hometown Puno, as the branch director. The branch has grown significantly during those years, and even has a branch under its wings in the city of Juliaca that is growing very fast.   CCPNA, better know as Cultural is a non-profit organization that wants to be an agent of change in southern Peru by teaching English and promoting arts and culture in the local communities. The headquarters are in Arequipa and we have branches in Puno, Tacna and Ilo. Ilo is the smallest branch of our organization and has renown in our community for its quality in teaching English. Apart from growing in numbers it is also my priority to reinforce our image as a cultural provider or facilitator, whlie managing a staff or almost 30 motivated people through a time of change in management policies, educational technology and methodology.   In Puno, I had the pleasure of working with a group of about 30 enthusiastic young English teachers who are passionate about teaching a public of more than 1.000 students, mostly adolescents. Together, we tried to get better every day at English, at teaching, at being leaders as a person, as a group and as an institution. I loved this group of people with great potential. Fortunately I didn´t leave the organization, just this branch, so we haven´t lost all contact.
