I worked alongside Andrea when she joined Qualfon's Desktop Team in the year 2015. She had IT experience while she was in her city's school district, and while she was working on her coursework. Eager to learn new technology and always willing to help out in whatever projects we were doing for the day, I will say that Andrea is highly experienced in the IT field. While she also has IT experience working in various school districts, that has absolutely provided her with more experience and opportunities to grow professionally. I know she will be a great asset to anyone's IT Support Team, and I encourage to keep up the great work.
