Toby have a great creative mind and I have had the pleasure to work with him during 1 year, where our teams worked together with creating campaign communication. He have always wanted to improve the way of working, and not only from a creative point of view, but for the team and the company. Toby always brings inspiration to the table and give us the opportunity to grow and develop which have made him a great team member and co-worker.

Simply put, Toby is an inspirational individual to work with. He has a brilliant creative mind, is a better leader than he lets on (Swedish culture is self-effacing after all), and is possibly one of the most socially democratic people in advertising. But more than this, he has the one quality that puts him above most in my books – the ability to stay optimistic and focussed no matter how many obstacles are put in his way.
