When we did decide on a house we picked the most difficult possible situation with an investor purchasing short sale, then closing consecutive escrows to us while using VA!!! (count that as 5 parties to the deal) I told Mark jolingly that we would only do the deal if it was the hardest one on the market...and we were not kidding! Inspite of all these potential pitfalls Mark worked tirelessly with the loan officers (we went through a couple) and escrows. We closed a few days early with no issues (and no law suits... :)). Mark was calm, professional, and researched every question thouroughly to ensure that we were going to be ok...We love the house (!!!), got a great deal, and recommend Mark to any and all...
