Abby is an outstanding student at VCU's Robertson School of Media & Culture. With a keen eye for detail and a depth of experience, she is an extraordinarily talented writer. Abby generates ideas, does the research, and puts thoughtful effort into *the first draft* therefore her final work is almost always top-of-the-class. Even though she was earning top grades in my course, she consistently sought out ways to enhance her work with each assignment, eager to go far beyond expectations. One of the most refreshing things about Abby is that she shows up 100%. She is a dependable and enthusiastic participator (hard to come by in most college classrooms), open to any feedback, easy to get along with, and a role model for her peers. She will make a positive contribution to any professional environment from Day 1. When I see an update from Abby in a few years, I will not be surprised to see her working with a top organization in a fascinating position -- I'll be proud that VCU will have been a small part of her inevitable success!
