      I was in charge of the management and coordination of the processes in the Human Resources department. I stablished the annual development objectives for the team members. Moreover, I was responsible for the follow-up of the company performance management and I was in charge of managing the perks offered by the company. I managed the recruiting and personnel selection process (design of the analyst recruiting strategy, bosses and managers) and I coordinated the young professionals plan and the development actions. (UOCRA stands for Construction Workers Union in Spanish.)
