Willy has been a mentor whom I have always looked up to since joining Tai Sin Electric Limited and will continue to do so because of his patience, kindness and great leadership equipped with extraordinary interpersonal skills. He is one whom is great at maintaining relationships while not compromising to speak up when necessary. In leading projects, he is one that handles tasks at hand in a calm and composed manner and his negotiation and clear communication skills are also traits which make him stand out amongst the people I have worked with. He has given me plenty of opportunities to learn and grow by delegating bigger projects to me, as I begun to learn the ropes of the power distribution solutions business. All in all, working with Willy has a great journey as well as an eye-opening experience. May we cross paths again someday, for work collaboration or partnership opportunities.
