Sirish was the driving force behind an inovative design to upgrade the fire protection system for the Grand Casino Hinckley (GCH) expansion. Faced with a severly undersized public system, our client GCH, was looking at $5 million in public improvements and they would be paying over 75% of the costs. Sirish's design of a private underground storage system utilizing reuse of foundation tile water under the proposed ballroom solved the fire protection issue, reduced client costs by approximately $2 million, as well as met the tribal government's desire to be more self-reliant by building their own infrastructure whenever possible.
