Bas is a highly energetic and motivated person i have worked with during my period as a Team Leader Germanics. He was always very supportive and a friendly colleague who understands the business from a commercial and finance point of view. He is professional, target driven and result orientated and this is something what you could see in the work what he delivered. He has excellent communication and negotiating skills and knows how to convince a business partner in a professional way.
