For three years, I had the pleasure of working side-by-side with Rich when he was the CFO and VP of Human Resources for AAA Club Partners. Rich and I were both on the leadership/officer team reporting to the CEO. During this time, I got to know Rich really well and even consider him my friend. Rich held two vital roles during his time with the organization, first as the Chief Financial Officer and second as the VP Human Resources. As CFO, Rich was directly responsible for the entire financial operations to include analyzing, updating and reporting on all financial documents. He regularly worked in equal partnership with all the 10 club operations finance leaders, to accurately report on the various lines of business. Anyone you speak with will confirm that Rich is the kind of individual you want to manage the sensitivity of your financial operations. His honesty, confidentiality and trustworthiness, is without question. As VP Human Resources, Rich lead the employee relations, payroll, and benefits functions.
