I managed Natalie while she was Marketing Manager for QHR Software. When she was hired into the role, no marketing had taken place for some time. There was a significant gap of time between the previous marketing manager, and when she arrived. She was new to the healthcare software industry and she was required to not only learn the industry, but had to also build a marketing plan from scratch. She assessed what had been attempted in the past, the market opportunity, and built a plan. Her plan encompassed both inbound and outbound campaigns, trade show selection and planning, web updates and SEO audits, updating collateral, negotiating with outside vendors for lead generation teleprospecting, Webinars, as well as investigating marketing automation solutions. She also had to work with Salesforce.com for the first time, where the data had been neglected for several years. She had inherited a difficult task, having to market client server software in a mature market. She rose to the challenge and within several months started hitting her stride. She was always positive and a delight to work with. Natalie brought creativity to the role in wanting to try new things. She really took her job to heart and put her all into it. She was always looking into new technologies and innovative ways to upgrade how QHR markets. In every job, attitude is everything. Natalie brought her best to QHR, and worked really well with others to generate new leads and revenue for the company. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Natalie again.
