      My job involves all permanent / contract IT recruitment. Roles include anything from 1st – 3rd IT Line Support, IT infrastructure, Programmers/Developers, Grads, Data/DBA’s, BA's, PM's, IT Directors etc. • My clients include UK market leading/large blue-chip corporations, to medium/small sizes companies. • Established successful relationships to gain PSL level with clients. • I have solid experience of dealing with a number of high volume recruitment against time restraints. Successfully placing a number of candidates in different roles on a regular basis. • I deal with the full recruitment life cycle from the start of a new vacancy to end result - placement of candidates. This involves: • Client contact via telephone / email – talking to clients at all different levels of management from HR, Line Managers, IT Managers to Managing Director / IT Director level. • Cold calling for job requirements & keep in touch calls with established & existing clients. • Negotiating terms & conditions. • Advertising jobs on web-based job boards. • Resourcing / networking candidates (Referrals, Database etc). • Screening candidates. • Sending potential candidates CV’s to clients. • Arranging interviews. • Negotiating rates/salary for the successful candidates. • Client visits for face to face meeting / lunches to cement relationships. • Experience of pitching for new business & PSL’s. • Working on client online portals. • Mentoring new or junior consultants on all aspects of the job, involved in recruiting for new staff within the company (reviewing CV’s and interviewing candidates).
