  As the head of Ponticello Division, I'm in charge of managing the creation and publication of Ponticello. Ponticello itself is IMKK Fikom Unpad's internal magazine. In effect of being the head division, I've became its editor in chief. In the former period, the division faced issues of not publishing in time. That fact became the hardest challenge in my period. Therefore, me and 3 of my division members made new terms for Ponticello, such as being published once in two months. We pursued consistency to really function as a creative information bridge between IMKK members. I've learned quite a lot in terms of managing others, having effective discussion, and, of course, time management. I've also learned to take responsibility of the role I've taken.
