I’ve worked with Winnie for many years and she has pushed me to excel in ways she doesn’t even realize. Winnie is very detail oriented and analytical. She distilled complex problems down to simple features and tasks. She has deep understanding of technology and processes and is able to use that to help make some of the most complex processes into simple software that anyone can use. Hands down Winnie is one of my favorite PMs and an asset for any company. She is very flexible and does whatever is necessary to get the job done. I would love to work with Winnie again if given the chance. I consider her a good friend and still call her every now and then for advice or questions.

She's able to boil down problems into a very understandable space and creatively come up with product designs.
