Due to my experience within my role at Adecco as a BPM, I was approached to join PULSE Staffing who had acquired a number of other healthcare professional recruitment companies, that had a requirement to streamline these businesses to operate under one banner. Myself and two other BPM's were tasked with reviewing, advising the board, and implementing new internal quality procedures to adhere to the NHS's Purchasing and Supply Agency regulations. Responsible for 10 locations across the UK, I provided guidance, training and conducted scheduled compliance audits as well as delivered classroom induction training in the Regional training centres located in Birmingham, Manchester, and Hertfordshire. The role involved a high degree of Project Management, data, and financial analysis, and training management (from establishing a need, compilation of material, through to delivery and follow up).
