      Line Haul Dispatch: Responsibilities included coordinating with Central Dispatch to efficiently move overages where opportunities existed and instruct dock supervisors any changes to plans to move their overages in certain freight lanes. Additional Experience: Also worked on the hub shift building directs into other hubs to minimize re handle of freight. Responsibilities included ensuring associates were working safely and efficiently and using decking materials to maximize the use of trailer space. In addition, instructed associates to use materials such as cardboard and pallets to brace and protect freight from being damaged en route. Responsibilities also included ensuring hazardous materials were handled properly and any spills were immediately reported and cleanup procedures were followed with regard to company policy and safety
