1. Source New Product- Responded to requests from Sale department.- Conducts RFI/Q/P (Request for Specification/Quotation/Packing/Paymentterm/Delivery term) and price comparison processes.- testing and approve product sample, lead time, and cost.- Analysis the product chance on the market by marketing Survey in HomeproDoHome and Thaiwatsadu.- Make timeline of New product plan that need to launch in every 4 month.2. Cost down on the flagship product- Monitor Raw material price in each month, checking current are reasonable.- Negotiates prices from Market price research.- Negotiates payment terms with long relationship supplier to get the credit term.3. Vendor delivery time- Ensured quantities and timelines of each order accurately achieved, minimizingthe total cost of purchases.4. Review Purchasing contract.- Draft a Confidential Agreement and make sure that every supplier have signed.- Draft a Product warranty and make sure every product have this paper signed.
