I was a developer and development manager for the Corps Water Management System (CWMS) an integrated data and modeling system used Corps districts guide the operation of dams and other water control structures. I developed and applied tools to use spatial data in computer modeling of hydrologic and hydraulic systems. I developed and maintained the gridded data components of the HEC-DSS java libraries, which are used in HEC-DssVUE, HEC-HMS, and HEC-MetVue. Starting in 1995, I developed the initial versions of HEC-GeoHMS and HEC-GeoRAS--ArcGIS applications that prepare terrain and hydrographic data for use with HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS. Show less
