Sheila is a joy to work with and and a great mentor. From the moment you meet her, it's abundantly evident that she knows her market. She is one of those executives who is personable, friendly, and approachable at the same time that she's focused, razor sharp, and driven. As leaders and mentors go, she is top-class. Sheila knows the IT channel extremely well and does an excellent job of managing partners and envisioning what the channel should look like both in terms of numbers of partners and what's expected of them. She sees the entire picture, is very well organized, and executes her plans effectively. Sheila took me under her wing almost from the first day I met her, and she has been one heck of a coach and mentor. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and great at teaching her skills to others. I have learned more about the channel than I ever thought I would, primarily due to Sheila's willingness to teach.
