Working closely with the Legal Team for negotiating film sourcing, distribution and TV licensing agreements. Supervising the team of !f Istanbul International Independent Film Festival, responsible for all Strategy Management, Operations, Events, Marketing, Sales and Talent Recruiting activities including all Localisation positions. The festival team is reporting directly to me. Preparing the reports of Distribution Forecast and Actual Budgets and reporting to the Business Planning & Analysis Department periodically.
