FrancisAction, when volunteering becomes a universal language is a project that aims to facilitate the social integration of immigrants who are challenged by a language barrier through Francisation and volunteering.Starting as a volunteer, I accepted a position as logistics officer to assist the project coordinator.My main missions were the following : - Creation, management and tracking of all recipients' files through the project database - Elaboration of educational contents - Contribution to the project reports- Planning and animation of online events (information session, conversation session between volunteers, etc.)- Management of the volunteersTools used: Cyberimpact, Google suite, Zoom, Canva, KahootStrengthened skills: rigour, organization, interpersonal skills, etc.

During humanitarian crises we give affected people the possibility to contact their loved ones and begin to regain control of their lives, as well as we build rapid-response communications centres for local and international responders.
