I have worked with the UK's leading debt management company, I am worked within the client services department on a temporary basis. My duties within this role include linking documents such as letters, agreements and statements to the correct customer accounts with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy using the in house system called Caseflow. I have also sent queries to clients using the in house system called Synergy and also to request statements and agreements. I have also converted Microsoft Excel and Word documents to PDF. More recently I have checking documents to make sure they are sent to the correct customer using the relevant code and patching ready to be sent to the scanner. I have written letters to customers who have requested statements and agreements informing them of what they owe.
