I have had the pleasure of working with Helena for several years in an organization that, through two acquisitions, developed from the small entrepreneurial company AXXOS Industrisystem, first to the slightly larger OPTIWARE and then to be part of the global IT-company Aptean . During the journey, we worked together with two major re-branding projects, while we conducted successful marketing in a business with strong growth. Our roles have varied since I recruited Helena to my marketing team. Periodically I have led Helena's work as her manager and periodically we have been close colleagues in a larger global marketing team. In all the work we have done together, Helena has shown great professionalism. She has a good understanding of marketing and communication, good ability to organize and drive her own work and she is a competent project manager.
